How fast is the price?
Usually within minutes. Each model's price appears as soon as our slicer finishes it.
How is the final price set?
Our slicer calculates the exact price for your model on our printer. We confirm it with you before printing. VAT 21% is included.
Which materials do you print?
PLA and PETG in basic colours. Other materials on request.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the EU (except a few areas listed on the Shipping page). Delivery is priced separately by destination and weight, and you see the price before you pay. Pickup in Valencia (Quart de Poblet) is free.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Quantity discounts apply per model to its copy count, up to 100 copies per quote, and show in your estimate. For 25+ copies or a repeat order, ask us for a volume price.
Can you design a model for me?
Yes. Describe the part, send a sketch or a photo, and we model it. We can also repair or adjust a model you already have.
How do I use the first-order code?
Enter HELLO10 under “Have a code?” in the quote summary. One use per customer, on orders from €25. We apply it when we confirm your price.
