Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order custom 3D printing from Nori 3D on this website: you accept an estimate we have confirmed, pay online, and we make your items and hand them over by pickup or delivery.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to every order placed on nori3d.com, by consumers and by businesses. Where a rule applies only to consumers, we say so. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law. The contract can be concluded in English, Ukrainian or Spanish.

How an order is made

Getting a price in the quote tool or sending an order does not form a contract or take any payment. We check your order and send an estimate to your account: the items, material, quantity, total price including VAT, the delivery option and its cost, and the expected production time. An estimate is valid for 14 days. Before you accept, you can check every detail and ask for changes by replying in your order; we then send a revised estimate. You accept the estimate in your account and pay the full amount. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We confirm the order by email within 24 hours, and the accepted estimate and these terms stay available in your account.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (21%). Business customers in other EU countries: the VAT treatment is confirmed on the estimate. The estimate shows the total you pay, including delivery. You pay the full amount in advance, by card or Bizum, through our payment provider Stripe; we never see your card details. If a payment fails or you cancel it, no contract is concluded and nothing is printed; you can try again while the estimate is valid.

Production and your files

We start production only after your payment is confirmed. You confirm that you may use the files and designs you send us and that the items are lawful. We may decline a request before you pay, for example if an item could be dangerous or infringe someone else’s rights. 3D-printed items show fine layer lines, and colour and dimensions can vary slightly within normal printing tolerances; anything specific we agree is written in the estimate.

Pickup and delivery

You choose pickup or delivery when you accept the estimate. Pickup in the Valencia area (Quart de Poblet) is free; we arrange the place and time with you by email. Delivery is priced separately by destination and weight; you see its cost when you accept the estimate, before you pay. We ship within Spain and to other EU countries; the Shipping page lists the areas we do not deliver to. The delivery time is the production time in the estimate plus the carrier’s transit time. Unless the estimate says otherwise, we hand the items over within 30 days of the contract. If we are late, you can give us a reasonable extra period; if we still do not deliver, you can cancel the contract and we refund everything you paid.

When the items become your risk

If you are a consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the items, or when you collect them. If you arrange your own carrier, the risk passes when we hand the items to that carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as you can and send photos: this helps us claim from the carrier and does not reduce your rights.

No right of withdrawal for custom-made items

Consumers usually have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Article 103(c) of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU; Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Every item we print is made from your file and your choices, so once you have accepted the estimate and paid, you cannot cancel the order or return the printed items because you changed your mind, and we do not refund them. If the estimate also includes design or modelling work, that part is a service: at your express request we start it once you have paid, and you lose the right to withdraw from it once the work is fully done (Article 103(a) TRLGDCU); if you withdraw earlier, you pay for the part already done. Until you pay, you can withdraw your request or let the estimate expire at no cost. We show this notice again before payment, and you confirm it.

Defects: legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and appears within three years of delivery; a defect that appears within the first two years is presumed to have existed at delivery. You can ask us to repair or replace the item; in practice we usually reprint it. If that is impossible or disproportionate, is not done within a reasonable time, or the defect is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or cancel the contract and get a refund. All of this is free for you, including shipping: we pay to have the item sent back. To report a defect, write to us with your order number and photos. If you buy as a business, the consumer rules in this section do not apply, but we still reprint or refund items that were defective at delivery if you tell us within 30 days.

Invoices

We issue an invoice for every paid order: a simplified invoice where the law allows it, and a full invoice in your name on request or when you give us a NIF or EU VAT number before you pay.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to our email address or postal address above. We reply as soon as possible and in any case within one month. Complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. We are not part of the consumer arbitration system (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). If we cannot solve a complaint, you can contact the consumer authorities where you live; for a cross-border complaint within the EU, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help. The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).

Personal data

We use your details to handle your order, delivery and invoice as described in our privacy notice. Card and Bizum payments are processed by Stripe.

Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country. As a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live or in Spain, and we can bring a claim against you only where you live. If you buy as a business, the courts of Valencia (Spain) have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the version you accepted when you paid. This version is dated 7 October 2026.
