When you send an enquiry, we use the details you provide to handle it and reply.
Controller, data and purpose
The controller is Vladyslav Vovk, Calle Dr. Jose Sarrio Munoz 15, 46930 Quart de Poblet, Spain ([email protected]). We store your request type, name, email address, message and submission time to handle your enquiry and reply. The form requires the first four items; without them, we cannot receive or answer it. Only authorised staff can review enquiries.
Legal basis and service providers
For requests about possible printing or modelling work, the legal basis is taking steps you request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For general questions, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(f)); you may object. OVHcloud hosts the site and database; Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and stores encrypted backups; Brevo sends enquiry notifications; Google provides the owner's receiving mailbox and staff sign-in. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Ask us for details of applicable safeguards.
How long we keep data
We review enquiries that do not become customer work and delete them no later than 24 months after submission, unless an ongoing customer relationship or legal need requires longer retention. If work is agreed, we keep the necessary customer and order records for that relationship and applicable legal obligations. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to promotional email.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing where applicable. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not use your enquiry for automated decisions about your request.
